I saw this recipe in Better Homes and Gardens. I think I will make it for my husband and sons on Father's Day. They love bacon, and I love chocolate!
Chocolate Bacon Bark
Bacon (Cooked) Bittersweet Chocolate Parchment Paper
Place bacon slices on a rack in a shallow pan (brush with purchased caramel sauce if you like). Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until crisp. Once cooled, cut into 1 inch pieces. Meanwhile, place bittersweet chocolate chunks on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake chocolate until softened (about 4 minutes). Using a spoon, spread the chocolate into a thin, even layer and place bacon pieces on top. Chill at least 30 minutes or until chocolate is set. Store in plastic wrap in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
