Here is a quick cole slaw recipe that goes great with buffalo tenders or summer sandwiches.
1 small to medium head of cabbage, chopped fine 15-20 baby carrots, chopped fine 1/2 C chopped white onion 1 bottle of Marzetti Slaw Dressing
To Make: 1. Chop up the cabbage and carrots to the desired size. Add chopped onion (white, yellow or red) 2. Place the chopped ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add the Marzetti slaw dressing (as much as desired. I use almost an entire bottle most of the time.) Mix well. Serve chilled.
