1 lb of sausage, browned and drained 3/4 box of Velveeta cheese, cubed 1/2 C of milk 1/2 C of Pace mild salsa
To make: 1. Put cubed velveeta in medium, heavy bottomed saucepan. Melt slowly over medium heat. 2. Add milk and salsa and stir until mixture becomes smooth. Stir constantly so as not to burn. 3. Add browned and drained sausage. Stir until mixed well and heated through. 4. Remove from heat. 5.. Serve with tortilla chips!
