Crust: Filling: 2 C flour 1 C powdered sugar 2 sticks Crisco 8 Oz cream cheese 1/2 C powdered sugar 9 Oz Cool Whip
For crust: Blend ingredients together and press onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool 1/2 hour. Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar together, then fold in Cool Whip. Mix, then spread over the cooled crust. Topping: Top with 1 qt strawberries, sliced, mixed with strawberry glaze (optional). Also great with fresh strawberries and kiwis sliced and placed on top.
